Pure Evil is an artist from South Wales. He was born in the late 60s and studied graphic design and fashion in London. Later he worked as a graphic designer in San Francisco for a fashion label. There he printed T-shirts using the screen-printing process. He was a free spirit: travelled a lot and also worked as a DJ.
After a visit to London, he was denied re-entry to the USA and his whole life was turned upside down. He isolated himself and started making art. He quickly established his first gallery in London. His father, who was himself a painter, had the greatest influence on his works. Cubist and minimalist details can be found in them again and again.
