Tape artist Slava Ostap makes art. Not just any art, but street art. Not just any street art, but tape art. And that work is truly of the finest quality.
Ostap as a tape artist is innovative and imaginative. He creates art where no one would expect it: on windows, in huge halls, on streets or in parks. The result is simply breathtaking and unique. But why sticky tape? Why not classic graffiti, which he, by the way, also does very well? With adhesive strips he can easily and effectively bring his vision to life. Creativity has no bounds in this regard.

Ostap was born in Ukraine and chose to live in Berlin. He makes an impact at countless events, goes wild with his tape on the streets of the capital, holds workshops and has recently even started to offer art for commission.

He was also present at the Berlin Design Festival in 2014. His passion is three-dimensional tape art. At the Laboratorium Mensch Festival, he created his engaging sculpture “Portable Tornado”. The tape artist made it in just five days, using 430 different rolls of tape. The resulting sculpture measures five metres in height.

His works are profound and multi-faceted. In any case, they always leave a lasting impression.
